The Blue Light
Show

The brief: 2026 was our first year filming The Blue Light Show - co-located with Safety, Health & Wellbeing Live and Forensics Europe Expo at the newly revamped Olympia London. We were brought in specifically to lift the content quality in a market where rival shows all look the same.

The approach: Rather than one highlight reel shot after the fact, we delivered same-day reels, highlights and interviews across both days - content the organisers could use to drive next year's sign-ups while the event was still fresh.

The result: A content library that worked before, during and after the show - not just a video that landed three weeks too late to matter.

Mash Productions is a specialist event video, photography and livestream production company, born from one of the UK's leading exhibition organisers. That means we don't just understand how to create great content - we understand the clock organisers are working against.

We know the pressures, the pace and the deadlines that come with running live events - because we've lived them. That's why we deliver fast: same-day highlights, quick-turnaround edits, and quotes back within 24 hours, without cutting the quality organisers, sponsors and exhibitors actually need.

From same-day highlights to brand films and conference coverage, we produce content that works as hard as the events themselves.

After years working in the exhibitions industry, Fin saw the same problem time and time again - event videos all looked the same. That became the driving force behind Mash Productions.

FAQ

Before You Ask

How far in advance should we book?

4–6 weeks is comfortable, but we regularly turn around bookings with much less notice - get in touch and we'll tell you straight away if the dates work.

How quickly do we get the footage?

Same-day highlights are our bread and butter - it's standard on most bookings, not an upsell. Full edits typically land within days, not weeks.

What's included in a quote?

Every quote is scoped to your event - crew size, filming days, and deliverables. Tell us what you're after and we'll send a straight, no-nonsense price.

Do you cover events outside London?

Yes - we cover events across the UK. Location doesn't change how we work, just the logistics.

Can't I just get a content creator?

Yes - genuinely, do it. Content creators are great, and we actively encourage it. But a single person with a phone can't multi-camera a keynote, mic up six interviews, and turn around a same-day highlights reel before the exhibition floor closes. That's the bit we're built for.
