The Blue Light
Show

The brief: 2026 was our first year filming The Blue Light Show — co-located with Safety, Health & Wellbeing Live and Forensics Europe Expo at the newly revamped Olympia London. We were brought in specifically to lift the content quality in a market where rival shows all look the same.

The approach: Rather than one highlight reel shot after the fact, we delivered same-day reels, highlights and interviews across both days — content the organisers could use to drive next year's sign-ups while the event was still fresh.

The result: A content library that worked before, during and after the show — not just a video that landed three weeks too late to matter.

Before You Ask

How far in advance should we book?
4–6 weeks is comfortable, but we regularly turn around bookings with much less notice — get in touch and we'll tell you straight away if the dates work.
How quickly do we get the footage?
Same-day highlights are available on request. Full edits typically land within days, not weeks — timelines are agreed upfront so there are no surprises.
What's included in a quote?
Every quote is scoped to your event — crew size, filming days, and deliverables. Tell us what you're after and we'll send a straight, no-nonsense price.
Do you cover events outside London?
Yes — we cover events across the UK. Location doesn't change how we work, just the logistics.
